TV talent competition shows have been raising their diva factor over the last few years, most recently with the additions of Britney Spears to "The X Factor" and Mariah Carey to "American Idol."
One diva who's already a reality judge veteran (with two whole seasons under her belt!), is Christina Aguilera, who stars on the NBC show "The Voice."
"Extra" correspondent Terri Seymour sat down Xtina and her new team mentor on the show, Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong, where Christina shared her thoughts on facing off against her fellow pop princesses.
“You know I love that," Aguilera said about Brit and Mariah adding girl power to the airwaves.
"All these artists are coming together from all the experience that we've had and we're being able to take that and feed this new wave of talent coming up.”
Is the alleged rivalry gone between Christina and her former Mouseketeer costar Brit? “Britney's so talented. I mean she's a pro. She's been at it for a number of years now," Aguilera shared.
"We did grow up together. It's actually cool that these strong women are joining the club and they're gonna have fun.”
Watch the video above to see how Christina reacted when she heard about Mariah joining "AI," why she's excited to have Billie Joe join her as a Season 3 mentor this fall, and how she really feels about her "Voice" costars Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Cee Lo Green!
