It was "Here Comes Baby" on the season finale of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo!"
Alana Thompson's 17-year-old sister Anna gave birth to a daughter on Wednesday's episode -- a girl named Kaitlyn Elizabeth.
Alana's mom June, 33, said her granddaughter was "special," while Alana's dad Sugar Bear called her a "Swiss Army Knife." Find out why baby Kaitlyn earned those nicknames in the clip below:

Because of Kaitlyn's birth, Alana wasn't able to compete in a her planned beauty pageant. June found her another local pageant ... and while Alana didn't win, she took home the People's Choice prize.
Wednesday's episode marked the end of Season 1 of the pop culture phenomenon.
But have no fear "Honey Boo Boo" fans. TLC has redneckognized the show's popularity and ordered more episodes of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo." There will also be three HOLLAday specials around Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas!
