Anna Kendrick -- Jessica Stanley
Surprisingly, one of the biggest success stories comes from one of the smallest roles.
Kendrick had some critical acclaim under her belt for the indie "Rocket Science" before she was cast as Jessica Stanley in the "Twilight" flicks. And the accolades continued as she filmed "Up in the Air," which nabbed her both Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations.
She's also starred in "50/50," "Pitch Perfect," "End of Watch" and "What to Expect When You're Expecting" and has three movies in the pipeline.
Unlike some of her costars, Kendrick has also flown under the radar with her personal life, though she reportedly dated her "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" director Edgar Wright.
Billy Burke -- Charlie Swan
Billy's been busy since he was first cast as Bella's dad Charlie Swan in "Twilight."
While the movie may be his most high-profile role to date, he's since starred in the poorly-recieved "Red Riding Hood" and is the main character on NBC's new show "Revolution" ... which was recently picked up for a full season.
