The third season of NBC's smash hit "The Voice" is winding down! Tuesday, the show's final three contestants, Cassadee Pope, Nicholas David and Terry McDermott will find out who among them will receive the show's top honor -- a recording contract and $100,000.
But this season, it's not just the contestants who've been creating buzz. Coach Christina Aguilera and her fashion choices, specifically, her near-constant use of flamboyant fans, became a focal point of the show.
toofab did some digging and found out that rather than having her stylist pull them from a couture fashion designer's archives, Xtina purchases the pretty props for herself from a store on Etsy.com!
Kate Dengra from Castillejar, Spain is the lucky artisan whose ornate handheld fans caught Aguilera's eye. The accessories are not only bright and beautiful, they're also cheap! Most of Dengra's "Flamenco Fans" retail for $12.95, and some are priced even lower (the cheapest is $7.45).
Dengra, who is originally from England, lives in a cave house in Spain with her son and husband, and makes the fans in her spare time.
For her part, Aguilera recently explained her addition of the accessory, blaming their necessity on fellow coach Cee Lo Green's er ... digestive issues.
"Between [Blake Shelton's jokes] and Cee Lo, with his gas over there. That's why I have the fan, you know. I love you, Cee Lo, don't be mad. Everybody knows," she joked.
