On Sunday night's episode of "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami," the reality star went in to get a "blood facial" ... a very bizarre procedure that supposedly gives you a more youthful look.
In the end, Kim was left screaming in pain ... and more covered in blood than an extra from the "Evil Dead" remake.
