Jared Leto has some pretty freaky fans -- but one in particular gave him the Worst. Gift. Ever.
In a recent radio interview, the 30 Seconds to Mars frontman revealed the weirdest present he's ever received before a show.
"You get all kinds of wonderful things. Someone cut their ear off once and sent it to me. That was very strange," he tells Xfm. "A whole ear. The Van Gogh move. The note just said, 'Are you listening?' I never knew who it was, who's missing their ear out there."
While most would be horrified by the offering, Leto apparently embraced it ... and turned it into jewelry.
"I poked a hole in it and wore it as a necklace," he told the radio station.
After skeptical fans demanded to see proof, Leto posted the below photo on his Instagram account:

While his fans responded to the photo on Twitter with disgust, the picture itself was lifted from a Special FX website.
