Ke$ha stopped by "Conan" last night, where she talked about how she came up with her songs.
Like many songwriters, inspiration comes to the punk pop singer in dreams or in the spur of the moment.
But lately, she's sat in front of the piano and been more hands-on, or more accurately, breasts-on. Just watch (Warning: PG-13 language):

We can't get the disturbing visual out of our heads, but it definitely brings new meaning to her hit "Take It Off."
