Even when she's in the hospital, Mariah Carey is still #beautiful.
The pop star injured herself on the set of her music video for the song (a remix with Young Jeezy). Mariah's husband -- Nick Cannon -- was a director on the shoot.
Despite only having the use of one arm, Mariah still managed to post this (perfectly coiffed) photo on Facebook:
Mariah wrote, "dislocated my shoulder on the #Beautiful remix video with Jeezy, sporting a very fashionable sling for the next couple of weeks!"
The pop star is still scheduled to perform Saturday with the New York Philharmonic on Central Park's Great Lawn for the 2013 MLB All-Star Charity Concert, benefiting Superstorm Sandy victims.
