"Lucky 7" didn't live up to its name.
The ABC drama was the first new show to get cancelled, with the network giving it the ax after just two episodes.
The show, which revolved around a group of coworkers who win the lottery, didn't star any big names and didn't get too big of a promotional push from the network.
ABC will air "Scandal" in its place starting next week, according to Deadline. Not a bad move -- the Kerry Washington-starring show had over 10.5 million viewers for Thursday's season premiere.
On the opposite side of the spectrum, Fox has already renewed one of their freshman series. The ridiculous, but surprisingly enjoyable, "Sleepy Hollow" got a second season pickup on Thursday.
