The Jonas Brothers shockingly cancelled their upcoming tour yesterday -- and these just-released interviews with the boys hinted at some tension behind-the-scenes.
While he claimed the guys "really enjoy our time together," Nick Jonas admits to Men's Fitness that working with his brothers Joe and Kevin can sometimes be tough.
"The con is that you're with the same people every day for a long time, which, if you're family or not, can be a lot at times," he tells the mag.
As for their changing music styles -- rumored to be a big fighting point between the three members -- Nick adds: "It definitely comes with challenges. There are a lot of different ways you can approach coming to maturity, but the one we took is to continue to grow with the fans and take our time with it because it'll last longer."
Each brother reportedly had a different vision of where they wanted to take the band, ranging from pop to hard rock ... according to TMZ.
In another interview, done the day before they announced the cancellation, Joe talked about the group's previous 3-year hiatus.
"For us, we were like, let's not implode and let's just take some time off and really kind of refocus on what we want to do," he told KDWB.
The radio station says the guys seemed "a little tense" during the interview -- but they thought the three performers were just tired.
