Kelly Osbourne is starting the new year off as a single lady!
The "Fashion Police" star and her chef beau Matthew Mosshart have officially ended their engagement, Kelly's rep tells Us Weekly.
Even though the former love birds have been together for nearly two years, Osbourne's rep tells the mag that the breakup is "amicable."
"Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart have decided to end their engagement," her rep said in a statement. "The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don't expect it."
The TV star met Mosshart at Kate Moss' wedding in 2011. Matthew popped the question to Kelly in 2013, during a romantic trip to Anguilla.
While Kelly has yet to personally comment on the breakup, she posted a cryptic tweetalluding to the split on Tuesday.

She also shared a bunch of photos of her getting spray paint lessons from Justin Bieber last night.
"Justin is a lovely boy and have turned me into a true #Belieber tonight," she posted along with the photos.
