"There are those bangs again. Oh and I remember being very proud to rock my Mom's childhood hand-me-down for Picture Day," she captioned the vintage pic.
We gotta say, the shot is pretty priceless! From the 29-year-old's hairstyle to her hilariously adorable bright blue dress -- Mandy was the cutest kid.
