Looks like Rogue will return!
Though 20th Century Fox had previously said Anna Paquin's role in "X-Men: Days of Future Past" had been left on the cutting room floor, the film's final trailer confirms she actually made the final cut.
While we don't see her in the awesome teaser, her name is included in the credits at the end -- and a rep for the studio confirms she'll still pop up in a "cameo."
Of course, she's not the only familiar face we'll be seeing in the high-anticipated flick.
Hugh Jackman, Halle Berry, Shawn Ashmore, Ellen Page, Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan all return as their characters in the original trilogy ... while Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult and Lucas Till reprise their roles from "X-Men: First Class."
The new trailer lays out the plot pretty clearly: Wolverine travels through time to warn his fellow mutants about the Sentinels, giant robots that were created to hunt his kind. He'll have to convince enemies to work together in the past in order to save everyone's future.
The new look at the film teases new characters as well, giving us our best look at Quicksilver yet.
We do have a couple questions though ...
How is Beast human again? Why is Xavier walking? And how does Wolverine already know Quicksilver?
We'll find out when "X-Men: Days of Future Past" hits theaters July 18.
