"Saturday Night Live" opened its season finale with a sketch about the now-infamous elevator fight between Jay Z and Solange Knowles ... as Beyonce just watched from the sidelines.
With Jay Pharoah as the rapper and Sasheer Zamata as Solange, the two showed the TMZ video -- this time with audio, audio that revealed why Knowles started attacking her brother-in-law.
It was pretty hilarious -- watch above to find out!
Then it was time to cue the return of show alum Maya Rudolph, who swept in as Beyonce and totally stole the show. With her wind machine blowing her hair and her spot-on impersonation, it was AMAZING.
The spoof comes right after the real-life sisters publicaly patched things up by sharing a new Instagram photo of them smiling together earlier in the day.
