Jason Segel is no stranger to nudity ... but he didn't keep his cool when he was confronted by a naked staff member on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" Thursday.
During an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, the actor was talking about his on-screen nude scenes when a man -- dressed in a nude bodysuit -- snuck up on him.
Check out the clip above to hear him scream in fear!
"That was a 100% genuine reaction on my part," Segel admitted. "I'm so jittery. That was a terrible thing to do!"
After the talk show host replayed the clip of the big scare, he added, "He even covered his butt on the way out."
The "Sex Tape" star recently confessed to Vanity Fair that his mom, Jillian Jordan, was less-than-pleased with her son's full-frontal nude scene in 2008's "Forgetting Sarah Marshall."
"She cried," the 34-year-old star told the mag.
After the initial shock had subsided, his mom went on to send a mass email to family members, giving them fair warning about the scene.
"I would like to inform you all that Jason has chosen to do full-frontal nudity," she wrote. "However, it is not gratuitous and is essential to the plot."
We're assuming his mom skipped the racy scenes with Cameron Diaz in "Sex Tape."
