The "Red Room of Pain" wasn't built overnight!
While it was cut for time, Dakota Johnson reprised her role as Anastasia Steele during her hosting stint on "Saturday Night Live" ... and took us behind the scenes for the making of Christian Grey's infamous playroom.
In the un-aired sketch, Anastasia and Christian return in the sequel to the successful erotic film, "Fifty Shades Darker," where she meets the masterminds behind the the pleasure palace.
The only problem: It's still undergoing renovations.
The contractors are thrilled to finally put a "face to the measurements" and assure Ms. Steele that they're building her a "real nice sex room." The playroom takes a very un-sexy turn as all of the workers test out the "toys" and features.
"Hey lady don't worry our lips are zipped, just like that mask over there," one of the contractors laughs.
Anastasia even finds one worker testing out her swing while another eats ribs and uses her "shame blanket" as a napkin. Watch the whole hilarious clip above!
