Kim Kardashian has been very vocal about wanting to have a second child, and it seems, her fertility issues are taking a toll on her.
On the upcoming episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the reality star visits her fertility doctor to find out the next step of her treatment.
After he performs an ultrasound, he explains to Kim that she'll need to take a trigger shot in the next few days and come back into the office for another check-up.
When he asks if she has any questions, North West's mama looks visibly exhausted by the process. "I'm like so over it. I'm exhausted," she says. "I'm sure everyone gets to that point. I'm like, 'Okay, I'm done.'"

Earlier this week, a source close to Kim revealed to Us Weekly that she "has been undergoing IVF," but "it's causing problems with her body." According to the mag's sources, she also reveals on the May 31 episode that "an implanted embryo did not take."
