Whitney Thore may be moving in with BFF Buddy when the new season of "My Big Fat Fabulous Life" returns to TLC this week -- but she's got another man in her life!
toofab has confirmed the reality TV star is getting serious with a new beau who hasn't been seen on the show yet. Thore's man, a beared fellow named Lennie, will be introduced this season and was spotted hand-in-hand with Whitney last week in NYC.
Thore could hardly contain her smile as photographers caught the two leaving an interview while she did press rounds for the TLC series.
The two have been dating for at least a couple months, as Lennie made his first appearance on Whitney's Instagram page six weeks ago (below).
Whitney, 31, opened up about her dating life in a new interview with PEOPLE, who clearly thought she was referring to costar Buddy.
"He's hot, I'm heavy," Thore said when asked about her new "hot and heavy" relationship.
"I have found a man and he's wonderful. I can't say enough about him," she continued. "It sounds cliche but people say when you really do find happiness, you'll attract that person into your life. I've been happy for about a year and a half now, so I've been like, 'I'm ready. I love my body, I'd like to use it!'"
A supertease for the new season teases some romantic possibilities with Buddy, while also showing how Whitney has been focusing on her fitness with dance classes and even a 5K.
"Really amazing things are starting to happen," she says in the video below. "Maybe everything before was just the prologue and now I'm getting into all the good stuff and I can't wait to see how it turns out."
