Derek Zoolander may have mastered Blue Steel, but he's not so savvy in an interview.
The male model is the latest celeb to take on Vogue's 73 questions, and in true Zoolander form, he seamlessly answers the questions ... without really understanding their meaning.
When he is asked if he takes the subway around New York City, he says, "Hardly ever. Sandwiches are a gateway to cake."
As for his spirit animal, he has an interesting response. "I don't believe in using animals for their spirits — only for their fur."
He also leaves us puzzled when he describes his relationship with model rival Hansel. "Probably with words."
He seems to understand the pets question, telling the interviewer that his furry friends are "a schnoodle named Karl Dogerfeld and a cockapoo named Bark Jacobs."
Zoolander also describes his favorite cocktail as "the one with Tom Cruise, the live-action one."
