Sean & Catherine Lowe Reveal What They Hate Most About Themselves

On Friday's episode of "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars," the paramours try out a new therapy technique: swinging a paddle at a punching bag while listing what they hate about themselves.

Heads up: they've got some deep-seated issues.

The 29-year-old Catherine won Sean's love on ABC's "The Bachelor," but can she win her own on "Boot Camp"?

Her grievances include, among other things: "I hate that I have rage." Whack! "I hate that I'm jealous of other women." Whack! She doesn't mention hating the bow in her hair, but hopefully that did occur to her later.

Sean, 32, has woes of his own - apart from his questionable scruff. "I hate not always trusting." Whack! "I hate that I lost a business." Whack!

Sundy Carter, one of the other residents of the "Boot Camp" house, seems worried for him. She empathizes with his emotional pangs, "But the way he hit the bag? Damn near out of the window."

The winds seem to have shifted since toofab interviewed Sean and Catherine in November. "Honestly, we didn't have a lot of big issues," said Sean, laughing. "We were surprised to be on the show."

But there's good news ahead for the couple! Sean and Catherine have their first baby on the way.

Though they've said they don't want to know the gender before birth, Sean blogged in December that he's "secretly hoping for a boy...but I know that if we have a girl, she will have me wrapped around her little finger from day one."

Maybe it's best they're expunging all these anger issues before they become parents.
