It's a fierce fashion face-off over one questionable look!
Kat Graham hit the red carpet on Sunday at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in a trendy, off-the-shoulder Proenza Schouler top and neck tie. She paired the look with extreme high-waisted flares and kept her hair in retro waves.
While the "Vampire Diaries" star's funky look is definitely out there, this isn't the first time we've seen this fashion-forward ensemble!
Chloe Grace Moretz was the first to rock the ruffled top and flared pants combo.
She stepped out in the getup for "The 5th Wave" photo call in Paris back in January. The 19-year-old opted for a less dramatic pair of pants by the fashion house and added a pair of strappy heels. She accessorized with tousled locks and a pop of red on her nails.
Both of the ladies look chic in the ensemble, but we're giving this one to Kat! We love the fit of the singer's pants and they definitely take the look to a new height.
