The Human Barbie is back and creepier than ever.
The Internet sensation, real name Valeria Lukyanova, is adding "actress" to her resume with her acting debut in the upcoming flick "The Doll," a horror movie cashing in on her unique aesthetic.
The first trailer for the flick, which we're told is still looking for a distributor, just dropped online. While the ridiculously proportioned star doesn't speak at all, she certainly makes quite an impression.
Here's a breakdown of the plot, from an official press release:
Eddie (ANTHONY DEL NEGROIS) and his friend Chris (CHRISTOPHER LENK) call out for an escort after Eddie's girlfriend (ISABELLA RACCO) breaks up with him and moves out of their house. Little do they know that while Natasha (VALERIA LUKYANOVA) is a breathtaking beauty, she's really a possessed doll created by a mad doctor (DON SCRIBNER) in an unholy laboratory and built with the urge to kill and dominate the minds of others to kill for her.
"I loved filming with Valeria," director Susannah O'Brien says in a statement. "She was a natural, she really is a true doll. She was a pleasure to work with, took great direction, worked the long hours and was a natural."
"There hasn't been a movie like this since 'Child's Play,'" she adds. "People are naturally scared of dolls, and [to] make Valeria, who looks like a real life doll, the killer was a no brainer."
