This is tough to watch.
On tonight's season premiere of "Braxton Family Values," we'll see what happens moments after Tamar Braxton was fired from "The Real" last month.
In two sneak peek clips from Thursday's new episode, Tamar explains the situation to sister Toni Braxton ... and it's clear the emotions are all still very raw, as she breaks down into tears.
"[Vince] just got off the phone with the production company at 'The Real' and said that I was basically fired," she tells her sis in the video above.
"She told him that I didn't get along with the cast mates. Apparently I don't get along with them," the exasperated reality star continues. "I really really loved my position at 'The Real.' It was about me being myself and expressing my life stories and what I've been through in life with a bunch of ladies I loved and really truly respected."
Tamar seems shocked at any suggestion she didn't get along with her cohosts or anyone involved in production, telling Toni, "I am stunned."
"I'm so humiliated. I don't know what to do. Everybody gonna think it's something I did," she exclaims, through tears. "'She got a big mouth.' It's just not right. I could understand more if I know that I did something but I don't know what I did!"
In a second clip, Tamar really starts to crack, as she explains how her firing is just another setback in a year of setbacks.
"Everything just feels like a loss for me, like this whole year sucked ass," she tells Toni. "Everything that I loved just gets pulled from under me, from everything I love and everything I've done."
Those other failures include her latest album flop, a tour cancelation and an early exit from "Dancing with the Stars" due to illness.
"I feel disrespected, I feel let down, I feel disregarded," she adds in a confessional. "It's never been a conversation. I guess I'm OK with change, but can we respect each other in the change? Can I get that?"
Braxton seemed a bit more upbeat about the whole situation in a radio interview with Steve Harvey earlier today -- click here to see what she said about the other women on the show and how she's trying to stay positive.

When asked for comment, a rep for "The Real" says they stand by their original statement.
"The Real and Tamar Braxton have mutually decided that Tamar will not be continuing with the show for its upcoming third season. She will be leaving in order to concentrate on her solo career," the statement read. "Everyone associated with The Real appreciates Tamar's efforts and the contributions she has made to the show's success, and we wish her all the best for the future."
According to a PEOPLE magazine source, the show told Vince on May 18, but he wanted to wait to tell Tamar until after she did a Smokey Robinson tribute performance the following day. "On May 20, they went ahead and told her agent as well. That's the day they actually wanted to make the announcement, but they waited," the source continues. "They were trying to be respectful and wanted to talk to her directly, but Vince wouldn't allow it."
"There was no grand scheme against her," the source adds.
Season 5 of "Braxton Family Values" premieres tonight at 9PM ET/PT on WE tv.
