Kim Kardashian comes face-to-face with her lookalike on this week's episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" -- and we're giving you a sneak peek of the awkward moment.
Mrs. West's BFF Jonathan Cheban decides to find a replacement after the new mom is MIA following the birth of her son, Saint.
He starts hanging out with a Kim look-alike named Kamilla Osman to make his longtime pal jealous, but his plan seems to backfire when the pair runs into Kim at the doctor.
"Well, there's Kim," Jonathan tells his new bestie. "Nice to meet you," Kim says. "Nice to meet you, finally," Kamilla chimes in.
Kim seems a little freaked out by the strange encounter -- the resemblance is striking, right?!
"This is super awkward," Kardashian says. "The fact that Jonathan would take it to this level is so bizarre to me. Jonathan's trying to rub this in my face and make me feel some type of way, but I don't."
