Chrissy Teigen put the censors into overdrive at the American Music Awards last night!
First, she had quite the wardrobe malfunction on the red carpet, as she hit the arrivals line sporting a black dress with one of the highest thigh slits we've ever seen. The supermodel mama proved she left her underwear at home as she briefly flashed her lady bits alongside her hubby John Legend.
"I shaved above the knee today so yes it is a big day today. #AMAs," she teased on Twitter before the show ... and later displayed once she got there. "It took an hour," she added.
"Underwear-free @chrissyteigen, what happened to being a lady? #SMH," one of her followers tweeted at her on Monday. Her perfect response: "I am pretty sure you could clearly see I'm a lady."
"I was walking. It floated. It's over. I can't take it back," she added. "Here is a formal apology. What else would you like?"
Once inside the event, she was able to preserve her modesty ... but was censored for other reasons when she hit the stage to introduce her husband's performance of "Love Me Now."
After calling her man a "wonderful father" to the couple's 7-month-old daughter Luna, Teigen -- a proud Hillary Clinton supporter -- went in on the current political climate.
"But his songs are bigger than either of us. On the heels of what's been a really interesting, f---ed up election for all of us, I think we could all use a little more love," she added, "f---ed up election" bleeped by the censors.
Teigen was also blasted for her language on Twitter after the show, but she really DGAF.
After one follower -- and apparent Trump supporter -- tweeted, "You are a great role model for your child swearing all over social media. Grow up and stop whining show some respect #trump," Chrissy clapped back. "My daughter isn't on social media, you ignorant tool. Go f--- yourself. F--- f--- f---!"
