Very Pregnant Khloe Poses with Kim, Kylie, Kourtney and Kendall for Calvin Klein Fall 2018 Campaign

Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner teamed up and stripped down once again for Calvin Klein's fall/winter 2018 underwear and jeans campaign, shot by photographer Willy Vanderperre and videographer Shane Sigler, at a ranch in Thousand Oaks, California.

The last time the sisters posed in their Calvins was for the brand's spring 2018 underwear campaign, with youngest sister Kylie concealing her tiny baby bump behind Americana quilts. This time, the black-and-white campaign, which debuted globally on Wednesday, features an eight-and-a-half-month-pregnant Khloe. Kylie was just one month post-birth when the campaign was shot.

In the 30-second video above, the famous sisters are seen pretending to frolic in nature, cuddling each other and climbing trees in their underwear. Khloe even shows off her baby bump in a white sports bra, which she admitted did give her some anxiety.

"I think we were all a little more comfortable this time around, but shooting for Calvin Klein is always a little bit intimidating," Khloe told People. "Shooting in underwear at eight-and-a-half months pregnant is even more intimidating."

"I stayed calm, though, and it was nice to laugh a lot with my sisters throughout the whole day," she added.

Since the shoot, Khloe welcomed her first baby, daughter True Thompson, on April 12 with NBA star boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
