"I am committed to spending my custodial periods with Everly," Tatum writes.
Channing Tatum is looking to change his custody arrangement with former wife Jenna Dewan, claims a new report.
The "21 Jump Street" actor is on a mission to establish a new visitation schedule with his 5-year-old daughter, Everly Tatum (who he shares with Jenna), according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

Tatum has also asked for specific schedules for holidays, including Christmas Eve and Day, New Years and Halloween. The latter seems to be an important day for the couple as the documents explain, "The parties shall work together to try to spend Halloween together, trick or treating with Everly from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m."
Similar to Halloween, for Everly's birthday, Tatum has proposed they split the day in half if they don't have a joint celebration planned.
Tatum also filed his own declaration, where he detailed his life as a single dad and spoke about the things he has done to make Everly's life easier since he and Dewan split in October.
"In my opinion and experience," Tatum wrote. "Everly has appeared to adjust to our separation and living in two homes exceptionally well. I believe that she will thrive even more with structure and consistency because she is happy and more relaxed when she knows a plan."

Tatum also pointed out that he will rearrange his work schedule so he won't be busy on days he has Everly. "I am committed to spending my custodial periods with Everly," he said.
Dewan's attorney, Samantha Spector, told The Blast, "We look forward to resolving these matters in a timely and straightforward way. Nothing in the world matters more to Jenna than the comfort and well-being of her daughter Everly. Everything Jenna has done and will continue to do is with that in mind."
