"I was so confused at the time," Brielle tells TooFab of the breakup.
Brielle Biermann has been broken up with Chicago White Sox pitcher Michael Kopech for close to a year, and she's never looked back.
During a recent interview with TooFab, Kim Zolciak's oldest daughter explained why the two didn't work out and confirmed that they have "absolutely" no relationship today. "I do not talk to him," she said.

View StoryBrielle, 21, said she and Michael, 22, were simply on two different pages, claiming that he wanted to take a break from their two-year relationship and expected that she'd wait for him.
"It was more of him wanting to take a break, and he wanted me to wait on him," she told TooFab. "And I was like, 'I'm not gonna wait on you, dude. You clearly wanna go f--k around. You think I'm stupid? I'm not stupid. I'm not gonna be waiting for you to return. I have a life, too.' He was like, 'In a year, we can date.' I was like, 'Are you insane? No.'"
The "Don't Be Tardy" star is admittedly in a much better head space today than she was when the couple first split, around March of last year.

So I was like, 'What the f--k is your problem? You have issues to leave me.' I was so confused at the time. I was like, 'Really? You're really leaving me? Okay, bye!' I was such an asshole."
Brielle also confirmed she has officially moved out of Kim and stepdad Kroy Biermann's Atlanta mansion, "but you'll have to wait and see how it actually ends up playing out because it's definitely a little different situation."
Michael has been dating "Riverdale" actress Vanessa Morgan since last summer.
