Mama June Pregnant? 'From Hot to Not' Season 3 Trailer Teases Baby News and Weight Battle

Here we go again!

June Shannon and her family are back in the first trailer for Season 3 of WE tv's "Mama June: From Not to Hot," which finds the titular star once again struggling with her weight, Sugar Bear's wife ... and a potential pregnancy.

After documenting and maintaining her full body transformation in the first two seasons of the show, the new episodes will find her "in danger of packing on the pounds and proving the haters right." In the footage, June admits she's "gained a little weight back," but also vows to never tip the scales at 450 pounds again.

One person motivating her to stay fit is Jennifer Lamb, her ex's wife, who is going through a transformation of her own. After debating having a gastric sleeve last season, it looks like she'll go under the knife when the show returns -- leading to June's "biggest showdown ever with her arch enemy."

Throwing a potential wrench into her weight loss plans however: a possible baby, as June says "Grandma Flo is a little late for her visit this month."

Could another Honey Boo Boo be on the way? We'll see when "Mama June: From Hot to Not" premieres March 15 on WE tv.
