Jada also says her husband's gas can be "punishing" for the whole family.
Will Smith called an emergency meeting on today's "Red Table Talk," where viewers learned more about the actor than they probably ever wanted or needed to know.
The topic of the day was health, as Will was joined by wife Jada Pinkett Smith, her mother Adrienne Banfield Norris and kids Willow, Jaden and Trey Smith. He began by first opening up about his own ongoing struggle with food.

Talking about the family's recent vacation together, Will revealed he spent most of their trip throwing back muffins and drinking Moscow Mules. "They started calling me 'Pudge Muffin,'" said the actor, who revealed he got up to 225 pounds during the trip -- "the most I had weighed in my adult life."
According to Will, he didn't even weigh that much when he packed on the muscle for "Ali," where he topped out at 223 pounds. "I don't wanna be a pudge muffin to my family. I didn't like being 225. I've never been 225 and I've lived most of my adult life and, certainly my professional career, in brilliant, muscular condition," he continued, "So I came home and was like, that's it, okay will, back in your disciplined mind."
Explaining that he also takes medication for high blood pressure, Will said he came to the "epiphany" that he really just doesn't know anything about food or nutrition. "I know how to eat to make my body look muscular, but I actually don't know how to eat to feel good, I don't know how to eat to be healthy," he explained.
Jada Pinkett Smith Confronts Will Smith About His Alcohol Use in 'Red Table Talk' Preview
View StoryAs Smith went on to say that he loves food and "eats for fun," wife Jada called him out for his "strange" eating patterns -- criticizing him from jumping from chocolate cake to broccoli in the same sitting. "I get bored and I start to eat," he said.
It was the opposite for Jada and Jaden, who said they would simply "rather not eat." That led to Jada admitting she and Will needed to have "a bit of an intervention" with Jaden, who looked like he was "wasting away" when he adopted a vegetarian lifestyle. While Will said they were both "really nervous" for a minute there, he's "looking better" now.
Will then really brought out the TMI when he asked everyone, "How many times do y'all poop in the course of the day?" His own response: "I can go three days without." Everyone was shocked, as Jaden said, "That's why your farts smell like that!"
After Willow added she recently "started being really regular" and Jada added she goes to the bathroom three times a day, Will said he "never" goes to the bathroom twice in one day. As he brought out guest Mona Sharma, he added that he was putting the smith family under a "health intervention." Sharma then began asking them all a series of personal questions about their health, which brought out even more TMI tidbits from the entire family.

View StoryWhen asked about physical or emotional trauma in the past five years, Willow said she "went through a crazy relationship thing that happened that was insane," while Jada said she's "always stressed." On a scale of 1-10, Jada said she's "on a consistent 5," while Will joked, "it feels like a 7 to us."
Speaking about anxiety, Jaden said he was "not doing good" before he performed at Coachella earlier this year. "I wasn't looking good, I wasn't feeling good, I wasn't sleeping," he said, before also talking about a time he threw up for a whole day and another time he wound up in the hospital in Australia.
Will would go on to reveal he recently "got the old man bladder" and urinates five times a night. "I'm gonna get a diaper," he cracked, "I'm straight peeing in the bed." He also said he's been taking "tiny" doses of cholesterol medication recently and is "constipated a lot."
The actor also expressed that he "[likes] being gassy," much to his family's dismay. "It's because of your food combining," exclaimed Jada. "You're gonna eat broccoli and then ice cream, chocolate cake and an apple. That's why he smells the way he does. Then you do enjoy being gassy, you like punishing everybody, torturing all of us!"
