Kreayshawn is upping her street cred ... by doing a duet on the street with the Naked Cowboy!
The 21-year-old rapper, who was nominated for Best New Artist this year at the VMAs, was recently in NYC -- where she spotted the nearly-nude singing cowboy and started an impromptu performance of her single "Gucci Gucci" with him.
