Vanessa Williams is prepping for that empty nest, and advising her college-bound daughter to enjoy the perks of living at home while it lasts.

The "Daytime Divas" star opened up about her youngest child, Sasha Fox, while talking to TooFab about her new VH1 series.

"I'm telling her enjoy it while you can, everything being paid for," Williams added, "because once you're out it's a whole different story!"

Just last week, Williams helped style the 17-year-old for her Junior Prom, doing the beautiful teenager's hair and makeup for her big night.

"She's my baby!" the 54-year-old actress said of her only child with ex-husband Rick Fox. "I have one more year with her at home in high school and then she's off to college. I'm happy for her, she's matured, it's amazing in high school how big the maturity leap is per year and I think she's really gonna do well in college."

The actress also shares three children with first husband Ramon Hervey II; Melanie, 29, Jillian, 27, and son Devin, 24.

Her new series, "Daytime Divas," premieres June 5 at 10pm PT on VH1.
