The newly single actor and the 23-year-old star of "Gossip Girl" were spotted in the South of France hanging out with director Steven Spielberg and Leo's BFF Lukas Haas.
The two looked very chummy and very happy to see each other -- and we're not saying these two gorgeous, single people are dating, but they would make a pretty cute couple.
