Remember when Emilia Clarke told Glamour earlier this month that she wanted to see more male nudity on "Game of Thrones"?
Back then, Emilia only briefly touched on the matter, and then moved on to gushing about co-star Michiel Huisman's "perfect bottom." Those of you who've seen the show, can you blame her?
Now, the 29-year-old Londoner's giving the idea of male nudity on "Game of Thrones" more of her time. And considering Nikolaj Coster-Waldau's on the show, this is a very pressing issue.
Emilia swung by "Conan" Thursday night and reinforced her point.
"There's plenty of female nudity, myself included," she reasoned. "And I feel like it should - I think it's - I think it should be a bit more of a discussion that's between, you know, we get some equal male nudity and female nudity."
The audience roared with applause. As did America. You know what, the world.
And she's got another excellent reason for this deal! Conan mentioned that as far as naked men go, "Game of Thrones" generally confines itself to "guys' butts going by." Emilia agreed, but also pointed out that "we" - the show's actors - "get to see everything."
After her mother objected to that Glamour interview, Emilia told Conan, "I have to stop talking about it - she told me to - on television."
"But," she added with a grin, "yes, free the penis. Hashtag Free the Penis!"
"Free the penis?" Conan joked. "That's your cause?"
"Game of Thrones'" sixth season premieres Sunday, April 24th, on HBO at 9 p.m.!
