Hillary Clinton faced the wrath of conservatives across the internet on Friday after trolling President Donald Trump hard in a passive-aggressive tweet which joked about the commander-in-chief's inability to grasp government.
Clinton retweeted a message from Philippe Reines, one of her former employees when she served as Secretary of State under President Obama.
The message read: "Russians spy. Health Care is complicated. Diplomacy is exhausting. Who knew?"

For the most part, Clinton's shade was well-received by the masses. As for those who didn't agree with her joke, the backlash was swift and intense.

Clinton's tweet seemed to refer directly to Trump's controversial February comments about replacing ObamaCare to the effect that "Nobody knew healthcare could be so complicated."
After meeting with conservative governors at the White House for their annual conference, Trump added: "I have to tell you, it's an unbelievably complex subject."
