Since Colton's season of "The Bachelor" didn't end in the traditional way, he didn't get engaged at the end of that season.
Colton Underwood may have gotten the girl at the end of his wild and unpredictable season of "The Bachelor," but he didn't get the traditional engagement ring or ceremony.
Instead, he rejected all of the remaining contestants and chased after a girl who'd rejected him last week on the show. But it all worked out in the end, as Cassie Randolph and Colton were all smiles during their appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," shortly after the show's finale.

Colton admitted that he didn't expect his virginity to be featured so prominently -- almost as much as that fence jump -- saying, "I never thought it would become this big a deal or a story. I'm confident in all the decisions I've made. It's led me here, it led me to her so, I'm so happy and so in love right now."
Once again, though, Colton sidestepped any possible reveals about what happened in that fantasy suite. "To be honest, heading into that fantasy suite, I wasn't even thinking about that. I was more ready to fight for our relationship," he said.
He said he knew in Week 4 that it was Cassie, but he had to try and keep an open mind throughout the season. As it played out, though, that didn't work out so well. Nevertheless, it did work out in the end, as Cassie agreed to give Colton another chance, telling Jimmy they're somewhere between boyfriend-girlfriend and husband-wife.
"We've talked about getting the ring," Colton said.

The couple was stunned that he was serious, but Cassie was really shocked when Colton stood up with the ring and asked if she wanted to stand.
He was only joking, though. They're just not ready to go there yet. Jimmy tried to get them to commit to coming onto the show to get engaged, since ABC got cheated out of it on "The Bachelor."
As for the couple, they're most excited that all the secrecy is over. "We want to just like go to the grocery store, go for bike rides, walks on the beach," Colton said. "You know your typical--"
"Normal things," Cassie finished.
Getting engaged is pretty normal. We're just saying.
