Sources close to the former One Direction band member say Louis has been left "devastated and distraught."
Louis Tomlinson's 18-year-old sister, Félicité Tomlinson, has died.
According to TMZ, Félicité -- known as Fizzy -- collapsed after suffering a suspected heart attack at her apartment in London, Wednesday afternoon.

The Sun reported that a person who was with Félicité at the time immediately called emergency services. Two ambulance crews reportedly rushed to the address, but despite extensive efforts to resuscitate Fizzy, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police were immediately alerted and went to the 18-year-old's apartment to determine if there were any suspicious circumstances. At this time, her death is being treated as "unexplained."
The Sun also reports that a full autopsy will take place and toxicology tests will be carried out.
Sources close to the former One Direction band member told The Sun Louis has been left "devastated and distraught" by the death of his "lovable, caring, bright and beautiful" sister. His mother, Johannah, died from leukemia back in 2016.
Fizzy was an aspiring fashion designer and social media influencer. She was friends with Halsey's boyfriend, YungBlud.
