Soleil Moon Frye, most known for her popular 80s role as Punky Brewster, is starting off 2017 right.
The actress turned to Nutrisystem after welcoming her fourth child in May. And thanks to the weight loss program, she's down 26 pounds.
"I was like, 'It worked the last time, I'm ready to do it again.' I started back on the program and it's been wonderful," she said about her post-baby transformation. "I absolutely love being able to eat waffles in the morning and ice cream sandwiches and pizza and things that I love."
In fact, Frye's turned to Nurtrisystem after welcoming each of her four children.
"I feel amazing. I have been so fortunate to be blessed with four beautiful children. I want to be an active part of their lives and make sure that they see me taking care of myself," she explained.
Though she has her hands full, Soleil is loving motherhood.
"My kids are my motivators," she said. "They all have such amazing little personalities."
"Poet and Jagger are the best big sisters. They're always helping me take care of Lyric and Story. They're changing diapers with me, it's awesome. I can't imagine doing it without them. Poet is also becoming a little activist and going after things she cares about. She has such a huge heart and is constantly giving to other people and sharing with others, and she's just an incredible kid. Jagger is my little adventurer and she's always up for a journey. She wants the crazy, wild experiences in life, and she also has a heart of gold and is so caring," she said.
"Lyric is so funny. He always wants to make people laugh, he dances around, performs like crazy. He is running around and just causing total craziness everywhere he goes. It's fantastic. And Story, was just the most perfect little ending to our story. I feel like he's got this old soul. From the minute he was born and looked at me, I was like, 'Wow, he looks like he's really got a mission here. He just had this very deep look in his eyes of, 'I'm here, I'm happy to be here, you're my family, I got this.' That was his personality,'" she revealed.
