Samantha Bee Uses Perfect Penis Metaphor to Blast Trump's Budget Plan (Video)

The TBS late-night TV host skewered the POTUS' plans, noting that defense, veteran, homeland security and border spending would all increase under the “America First” budget proposal.

“This kind of sounds like when an insecure guy tries to make his penis look bigger by shaving down everything else around it,” Bee said as she showed a bar graph of defense spending standing erect over government institutions Trump's plans to cut funding for, including the Environmental Protection Agency, Health and Human Services, and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Bee also used Trump administration Budget Director Mick Mulvaney's “hard power budget” description of the plan to further back her "d--k metaphor."

Eventually, Bee stopped speaking in metaphors and gets right to the point.

“President Trump's budget reveals something very important about him,” she added. “No, mainstream media, not just his priorities. It reveals that he has no f--king clue what he's doing. Surprise!"

Bee used Trump's plan to defund EPA program Energy Star as an example of the President's incompetence.

"Energy Star costs taxpayers about $57 million a year, but saves consumers and businesses $34 billion a year, which looks like a great return on investment," Bee said. "Unless you're someone who was somehow stupid enough to lose money in the casino business."
