Brandi Glanville is finally opening up about why she talks out of the side of her mouth -- and despite speculation, no, she did not have a stroke.
The current "Marriage Boot Camp" star actually suffered a third-degree burn, which resulted in permanent nerve damage.

View Story"Everyone wants to know why my top lip doesn't move," she said in a laster treatment update video posted Tuesday on Bicoastal Beauty Unfiltered. "I had laser hair removal on my upper lip about, gosh, 2009? Maybe 8? I got a third-degree burn. My face on the right side doesn't move. My face on the left side moves. That is why I have some nerve damage and scar tissue and can't talk out of the side of my mouth. If you don't like it, suck my dick."
"So you see these scars?" she added, getting closer to the camera. "Laser hair removal! F-ck you. That's why I can't talk straight."
The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star and "Celebrity Big Brother" contestant said the "white pigment" on her face is also permanent.

View Story"That, unfortunately, will not go away," she said. "If I can get the brown and red to go, I can tattoo those spots. It's very expensive, but I don't really see myself doing that."
Glanville explained in the video that she's been working with a skincare specialist in Detroit, Michigan, where she's planning on moving to in the near future. She also said she quit her podcast and is "quitting everything right now" for reasons she will soon explain.
"I'm excited to go back to Detroit," Glanville said. "I'm excited to share my journey with you further."
