Roxy Olin has ventured far from "The City" -- because she spent the last week having some fun in the sun down in Central America!
Olin, who turned 25-years-old last week, went to jungles of Nosara in Costa Rica to celebrate -- and the birthday girl definitely had a fun time.
We're told Roxy went to the Billabong sponsored Safari Surf School, where she learned how to surf, went ziplining and took part in the school's "Surf Fit" program -- which includes boxing on the beach!
Roxy left Nosara on Wednesday, tweeting "On my long way back ...bye costa rica ur amazing!"
