Stephen King's horrifying evil clown -- resurrected by Bill Skarsgård in September for this year's top-grossing horror film, "It" -- was one of the most popular costumes this Halloween, second only to the film's character, Georgie (Jackson Robert Scott), whose signature yellow raincoat and single red balloon was relatively cheap and incredibly easy for anyone to recreate.
