Meet the Woman Behind the Best 'Stranger Things 2' Meme: 'Dancing Hopper'
Trump's Most Memorable Facial Expressions in GIFs

Lizbeth Ortiz, the woman behind the Hopper Dancing To Twitter account, tells TooFab: "The idea came up when my brother, Martín, and I were binge-watching the show."

If you haven't yet binge-watched "Stranger Things 2," it's time to get your priorities in order. But, if you have, seeing Sheriff Jim Hopper shake his tail feather was an early highlight, right?

During Episode 3 of the second season, star David Harbour's character joyfully shimmies to Jim Croce's "You Don't Mess Around With Jim." And thanks to Lizbeth Ortiz, who runs a Twitter account dedicated to "Jim Hopper dancing to songs from #StrangerThings2," the season's first official meme was born.

Lizbeth Ortiz -- the genius behind the Hopper Dancing To account -- edited the gleeful scene to 27 totally random songs, including NSYNC's "It's Gonna Be Me," Blink 182's "All The Small Things," Shakira's "Hips Don't Lie," and Gorillaz's "Feel Good."

"The idea came up when my brother, Martín, and I were binge-watching the show," Ortiz told TooFab. "And when Jim started dancing, we burst into tears of laughter. It was so awkward, but really funny. So we were looking for GIFs or something online and we didn't find a thing."

"So I was like, 'I should make a Twitter account of him dancing to random songs,'" she continued. "So one day after the premiere of 'Stranger Things 2,' I decided to do it."

Even Harbour praised the account, tweeting, "Whoever created this account has won, not only the internet, but, yes, my stone cold heart. Thank you @hopperdancingto."

Ortiz said she created the Hopper Dancing To account at 9 p.m. on Saturday, October 28. By 11 a.m. the next day, she had 14 followers. By Tuesday, October 31, the account had grown to 17.2k followers.

"I was really excited about it because I never thought it would be as huge as it is right now," she said. "And then David tweeted me, and it all started."
