Inside the 'Stranger Things 2' Premiere

Late-night host recruits actors Bronson Pinchot and Mark Linn-Baker for "Perfect Stranger Things."

Jimmy Kimmel merged Netflix's hit series "Stranger Things" with the '80s sitcom "Perfect Strangers" to create a strange new sitcom -- "Perfect Stranger Things."

In a sketch on Monday's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," the comedian explained how "Stranger Things" is a "combination of new and classic...full of references from the '80s."

"Now, the next incarnation of the show is taking that a step further with a new spinoff series that teams the kids from Hawkins, Indiana, with two beloved characters from the '80s -- Larry and Balki," the comedian said before sharing a trailer for a very strange "Stranger Things" mashup.

"Tonight on Netflix, Balki (Bronson Pinchot) and Larry (Mark Linn-Baker) are back, and things are stranger than ever," the trailer begins.

After the two men open the door to find Demogorgon on their doorstep, they invite him in to help distribute Halloween candy to none other than Dustin Henderson (Gaten Matarazzo), Mike Wheeler (Finn Wolfhard), Lucas Sinclair (Caleb McLaughlin) and Will Byers (Noah Schnapp).

"'Perfect Stranger Things' -- tonight at 8, followed by an all-new 'Full House of Cards,'" the trailer concludes.
