John Oliver isn't a fan of Vice President Mike Pence's anti-LGBT views, but he doesn't mind the conservative politician's pet bunny, Marlon Bundo, so he has published a children's book centering on the political pet to raise money for the Trevor Project.
The HBO host announced the release of "A Day in the Life of Marlon Bundo" (now available on Amazon) on Sunday's "Last Week Tonight," during a deep dive into Pence's history of denying his support for gay conversion therapy -- while openly praising and admiring the man behind Focus on the Family, an anti-LGBT organization that views homosexuality as a treatable illness. The book came out a day before Pence's family released their own, "Marlon Bundo's Day in the Life of the Vice President," on Monday, but Oliver's stands in stark contrast to the Pence book and his views.

"This is actually a book for children," Oliver stressed. "This isn't some adult book telling Mike Pence to go f-ck himself, although in buying it, that is exactly what you'd be doing."
The late-night host followed up his pitch with a preview of the audio version of the book, featuring the voices of TV stars Jim Parsons, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Jeff Garland, Ellie Kemper, John Lithgow, Jack McBrayer and RuPaul.
