Miley Cyrus came in like a wrecking ball (and brought one, too) to prank Jimmy Kimmel in his sleep -- but things didn't go exactly as planned.
"Hey here's something I would like Robert Mueller to investigate: I, for whatever reason, have become the victim of a unusual prank multiples now," Kimmel said in his monologue Monday night. The ABC late-night host explained how it all began with Rihanna's prank when she "colluded" with his wife Molly in 2015 and then Britney Spears pulled the same stunt the following year.

View Story"I guess this is a series now, because the other night another music superstar barged into my dreams," he continued while introducing the latest prank. "This time I was the victim of a very loud, young woman named Miley Cyrus."
"I'm ready, I got the whole plan," Cyrus told cameras as she entered Kimmel's Los Angeles home. "I'm coming in like a wrecking ball, just for you Jimmy."
Wearing a white hard hat and orange construction vest, the singer and her peeps barged into the late-night host's bedroom with neon lights as her hit single "Wrecking Ball" boomed through the speakers. Cyrus also sang while wielding a large sledgehammer and dumping pieces of foam rubble all over Kimmel's bed. But the best thing she brought along with her was a woman dressed as a wrecking ball.

View Story"Yes, I brought a wrecking ball," Cyrus said as she hammered Kimmel. "I brought a full on wrecking ball."
The prank seemed like a harmless success, until Kimmel said that she had hit him right in his wrecking balls. You can see the moment of contact at the 1:47 mark. But don't worry, they also play it in slow motion at the end.
"Well, it is called wrecking balls," Cyrus said. "See you next time!"
"There's going to be a next time?" a weary Kimmel responded.
Please, let there be a next time.
