The 52-year-old kicks off her 15-show run at the Park Theater in May.
Janet Jackson has announced her first ever Las Vegas residency.
The 52-year-old superstar is set to bring her "Metamorphosis" show to the Park MGM from May 17.
The "Rhythm Nation" icon will play a total of 15 shows at the Park Theater across May, July and August.
"'Metamorphosis' peels back the layers of the immensely private life of Janet Jackson, sharing her transformation from a young girl with issues of self-esteem to global Icon," the announcement read. "The centerpiece of this all new thought-provoking show, will be Janet herself, captivating you through your senses with electrifying visuals, explosive dance numbers, chart-topping hits and fan favorite deep cuts."
"Fans will follow her path to self-love, empowerment, motherhood and activism, amidst the challenges faced along her personal journey. She encourages her audiences to find their own light within themselves through her 'Metamorphosis'."
Janet released her first new music in two years this past August — "Made For Now" feat. Daddy Yankee — and is expected to drop a new album sometime later this year.
In 2017, the singer became a first-time mom to son Eissa Al Mana, who just turned two last month. Janet split from the boy's father and husband of five years, Qatari businessman Wissam Al Mana, just three months after the birth.
The singer joins a stellar line-up of Vegas residents this year, including Cardi B, Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Gwen Stefani, Cher, Aerosmith, Christina Aguilera, Pitbull, Def Leppard, Billy Idol, Santana, Boyz II Men, Backstreet Boys, and Robbie Williams.
