When co-host Carrie Ann Inaba told Osbourne she likes her current face Osbourne replied, "You're just used to it; you'll like the new one."
On the other hand, Eve jumped in and said she doesn't think Osbourne looks like a "different person" when she compares old photos of Osbourne to now.
"Some people get plastic surgery and it's like an avatar of themselves. It's, like, scary. With you, it's an enhancement," she said.
The former "X Factor U.K." judge has been open about her cosmetic procedures in the past, even mentioning in her 2013 book "Unbreakable" that "there's not much I haven't had tweaked, stretched, peeled, lasered, veneered, enhanced or removed altogether."
However, after Osbourne went underwent a double mastectomy and battled colon cancer, she swore off plastic surgery in 2012.
"No more, because I have been looking at pictures of myself recently since I started to lose weight and in a lot of shots, my face looks plastic," she said on "The Talk" in November 2012. "At certain angles, I was like, 'Oh, dear. Oh, I should never have done that. Oh, that's a bad one.' So I'm like, 'No more. No more abuse.'"
Due to her announcement Tuesday, it seems Osbourne has changed her mind about surgical procedures. "The Talk" host also admitted to viewers she first went under the knife because she "didn't want to look like" her mom.
"I never took a picture to a doctor and said, 'I want to look like Catwoman,'" she expressed. "Do you remember that lady that wanted to look like a cat? I didn't want to go that far."
