Tamar Braxton and Loni Love Bring Their Feud Over 'The Real' Firing to Instagram

It's been three years since Tamar Braxton was surprisingly sacked from "The Real," but the rumors and gossip surrounding why she was let go just keep on coming.

After Braxton addressed her exit again on "The Wendy Williams Show" on Wednesday, the women of "The Real" responded her comments on their show. But that wasn't the end of it, as Braxton then went to her Instagram page to make more claims against Loni Love ... and Love clapped back in her mentions.

After Love and her cohosts all denied they had anything to do with Braxton being fired -- as Tamar insinuated in a since-deleted post after she was let go -- Tamar doubled down on her claims with a screen shot of a text message from an unknown person.

"So I just found out Lonnie Love was writing letter to get you kicked off the show," (sic) the mystery person texted Tamar. "She wrote the network."

"Lol Lonnie was writing the network on you I'm hearing this story," the person continued. Braxton responded, "I told everyone that it was her no one wanted to believe me." The person on the other end claimed they "got confirmation" on Braxton's beliefs, saying a "person who wrote and worked for her is spilling all the tea."

The person also claimed Love was "writing letter while you were in surgery," likely referring to 2015 surgery Braxton had after doctors found blood clots in her lungs.

Prefacing her caption with an "allegedly," Braxton wrote, "When the guilt settles🎯.... Lonnie cut the BS!!! Thanks @wendyshow my sister, for having me!!! U may not have an Emmy YET, but the girls are SURELY watching 😩😩😩😂😂😂... anyway, back to my transformation!! 💪🏾💪🏾👑"

Love jumped in the comments section, once again denying Braxton's allegations. "Who writes letters? Who sent this? ... let's talk it out," wrote Loni, again inviting Braxton to appear on the show. "Stop going on every other show. You know you want to.. and bring ya man!!! @tamarbraxton"

While TooFab was writing up this article, Braxton deleted her post, but the exchange still lives on The Shade Room's Instagram account (seen above).

The back and forth started after Braxton's appearance on "The Wendy Williams Show," where Williams brought up her unexpected exit from "The Real" in 2016. "They need you and you were done dirty," said Williams.

"I love you. Here is the thing. I don't wanna be anybody's marketing tool this season, no shade, I just wish everybody well," Braxton replied. "I feel like sometimes God has to move you out of situations before you become more toxic to yourself. What if I was in the situation where I'm doing the Braxtons and it's very stressful and I'm doing this other show where people are being catty behind my back, what kind of person would I be right now sitting on this couch?"

"I wouldn't be focused, I wouldn't be ready for my transformation, I wouldn't be ready for my elevation and that's where I got to go," she added. "I gotta go up and up and up."

During Wednesday's episode of the daytime talk show, the panel addressed Braxton's comments head on. "Hi Wendy!" Love began. "First of all, thank you for calling us a 'cute show.' We're also an Emmy-winning show. So, don't forget that, sis. Tamar Braxton was your guest. And we appreciate the fact that you brought us up."

"It's been three years, I don't know why you guys keep talking about this whole situation," she added.

According to Love, this past summer, Braxton apologized for "everything that happened" and said the women of "The Real" were not involved with what went down when he contract was renewed. Braxton, however, since took down the apology, which prompted Love to reach out.

"I, in my humble opinion of trying to be this strong black woman, invited her to come on this show for Season 6," Love explained. "It was a simple, public ask. I did try to call her privately. I've been texting her. I get no response. So, I just put it out there. The show has reached out to her. Tamar, nobody is trying to use you as a marketing tool, sweetie. You apologized to us over the summer, and we just thought, to close this loop, just like --"

"We need to have you come here so we can close the circle," Love said. "You apologized. We opened it up to you, and it's still there and will always be there. We love you, Tamar. You are a powerhouse."

Love and the panel got fired up when they recalled being targeted in the media as conspirators in Braxton's exit.

"It's time for women of color to stop putting each other down, and more importantly start uplifting each other, loving each other and stop creating false narratives," said Tamera Housley-Mowry. "I'm tired of it!"

"I've been trying to do comedy for 15 years. Can you imagine, 15 years I finally get a show and I was ostracized as the bully that got another sister fired?" Love exclaimed. "Can you imagine the hurt after 15 years? Why would I do that? And I didn't do it!"

Both Mowry-Housley and Adrienne Bailon backed up their co-host and reiterated they were not involved in Braxton's firing.

"The fact is, we had no idea," Mowry-Housely said. "There was no ill intention. There was no meeting. There was none of that," she said. "If anybody else believes anything else, that's on you."
