"Like what's wrong with you two?" she joked. "You gotta make it rain!"
Wendy Williams isn't your average mother.
During the Hot Topics section of her show Monday, the talk show host recalled taking her son Kevin Hunter Jr., 19, to his first strip club while she was in Los Angeles over the weekend receiving her star on the Walk of Fame.
"I taught my son and nephew how to make it rain," she began before throwing some shade at her ex-husband. "Normally, that's a father's job, but he's busy."
"I think a guy is supposed to go with his father if they want to go to a strip club," Williams continued. "As each day goes by I'm stronger, better and faster than ever, but I have to tell you, so [my son] asked me like three months ago, 'Mom, take me to a strip club.'"
"I was like, 'Are you out of your mind?'" she added. "'Do you see the headlines going on out here? Somebody's going to call DYFS on me. Alright well maybe you're an adult, they won't call DYFS, but they'll at least call the cops or something. I'm not going to the strip club with you and I like the strip club. No. Get out of here with that!'"
However, after being in Los Angeles, Wendy said she was "hit" by "the spirit" and decided to take Kevin and her nephew to the strip club.
Williams recalled (with a hilarious impersonation) about how while at the club some of the female dancers asked her to not "judge" them.
"'I'm not judging you,'" she said. "'Look, can you move over to my son?'"
The club gave Wendy and her crew "wads of ones," but according to Wendy, her son wasn't using the dollars correctly.
"Kev's like just dropping them!" she recalled. "I'm like, 'Girl, come back over here. Do it again.'" It was then Wendy showed her son how to properly make it rain.
"Like what's wrong with you two!" she joked. "You gotta make it rain!"
